(it may be worth explaining to anyone trying to do the maths here... submissions/rejects stats start at a fixed date, and of necessity include rejects and acceptances for work that was 'out there' prior to the start date.

So, at the end of the year, when this starts again, some subs will be held over to '08 and the responses will form part of those stats.
